Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 June 2026

Welcome to Dadaa. These terms are the agreement between you and Dadaa when you use our website (dadaa.app) and our app (play.dadaa.app). By using Dadaa, you agree to them. We have kept them short and in plain English.

What Dadaa is

Dadaa suggests simple, age-appropriate daily activities to help parents spend meaningful time with their kids, with points and streaks to keep it fun. Dadaa is run by its founder, Kalvis Pētersons, based in the European Union. Dadaa is currently free to use.

Your account

Fair use

When using Dadaa, you agree not to:

Your content and our content

The information you add about your family stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Everything else — the activities, design, name and code of Dadaa — belongs to us, and we give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your family.

A common-sense note on activities

Dadaa suggests general parent-child activities. You know your child best: you are responsible for judging whether an activity is safe and suitable for your child, and for supervising it. Dadaa is not medical, psychological or educational advice.

No warranty

Dadaa is a small, growing product provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dadaa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Since Dadaa is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to €50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending things

You can stop using Dadaa and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may change or discontinue the service — if we ever discontinue it, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.

Changes to these terms

If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we will update this page and, for significant changes, let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use Dadaa after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and applicable EU law. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you also keep all protections of the mandatory consumer laws of your home country.
